- How much is the tour?
By booking through our website, you get 10% off our local prices, PLUS you get roundtrip transportation from your hotel at no extra charge!
Our internet only price is $99.00 riding single and $80.00 p.p. riding double (normally $109.00 riding single and $89.00 riding double when booked locally or through a travel agency or tour operator).
Transportation is normally $10.00 per person extra from most area hotels, but FREE by reserving through this website!
- What time is the tour? We have 3 departure times: 8:30 a.m., 11:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.
- What is the pick-up time at my hotel? Please click here for a complete list of hotels and pick-up times.
- How much do you charge for transportation? Jungle Jim proudly offers free round-trip transportation to all area hotels above!
- How does Jungle Jim's Price Guarantee Work? We offer the lowest price anywhere for our tour, period. If you find a lower published price anywhere, just let us know and we will check it out. Once verified, we will offer you the same discounted price PLUS PAY YOU TWICE THE DIFFERENCE back, cash. After all - this is Jungle Jim's Official Website! We will not be undersold!
- How do I pay for my tour? For your safety, we manage all of our internet business through Paypal.com, the fastest, easiest and safest way to send money over the internet. Paypal notifies us when payment has been made so we can issue you confirmation and tour cupon via e-mail.
- Do you provide additional discounts or promotions? Remember, the above prices are already discounted $20.00 per person. We do - however, have special promotions for groups of 20 people or more, Honda USA employees and members of our partner site www.atvnation.com from time to time. Please contact us to ask about specific discounts and promotions that may apply.
- What is Jungle Jim's Flex-Pass? Flex-Pass is designed for people we want to come on the tour, but aren't sure exactly what day they will be available to come during their vacation. It enables you to make the most of your vacation by booking last minute on rainy or overcast days, when you can't be on the beach or at any other outside activities - and is the best time to come on the tour! There is no extra charge for flex-pass, but it is subject to availability, and available exclusively through this website.
- I got Flex-Pass, now what? You will need your reservation confirmation number and our local number. When you get here just call at least 2-hours in advance of our daily departure times to book your spot. We do require pre-payment for flex-pass, and it is non-refundable (unless WE do not have space to accommodate you on your preferred tour day/time and at least 3 other optional day/times). Remember - Flex-Pass is available exclusively online, and only through this website!
- Do you have a minimum age? Yes. You must be at least 16 years of age to drive. We do not recommend you bring children under the age of 6.
- Do you have insurance? Our rates include basic medical insurance. It does not include property damage coverage for your ATV. As in renting any vehicle, you are responsible for any damage caused to your ATV from inexperienced or negligent driving. We offer additional Loss Damage Waiver.
- What is Loss Damage Waiver? Loss Damage Waiver is the equivalent to walk-away insurance. We offer LDW coverage for $10.00 per rental vehicle, regardless if it's riding single or double.
- Why isn't property insurance included? Basically, there is no company in the world that will insure rental ATVs, snowmobiles, wave runners, jet skis (you get the idea). If we were to assume the cost of damage ourselves, we would have gone out of business long-ago!
- Does my own insurance cover damage to my ATV? The short answer is no. Auto insurance covers your own vehicle, and in some cases a replacement vehicle if your car is in the shop. Since ATVs are by definition not cars, they will not be covered by your Auto or Credit-Card policy.
- Are there risks involved in riding ATVs.Yes. You should be aware of the risks associated with riding ATVs. To review the risks involved, and how to mitigate them please visit the ATV Safety Institute at: www.atvsafety.org
